Role Introduction:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented HR Advisor to join our dynamic Aerospace team in Seletar, Singapore. This role is critical in delivering HR support to the business, ensuring that HR policies and practices are applied consistently, and that our people are empowered to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR matters, advising managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and employment legislation in Singapore.
  • Partner with line managers to provide practical HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Support HR Business Partners in the implementation of HR initiatives, driving a culture of high performance, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (COEs) such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits to deliver HR solutions that align with business needs.
  • Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Actively support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance HR service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR advisory or generalist experience, preferably in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing HR advice and support to line managers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems (Workday experience is a plus).
