Human Resources & Administrative Officer

Job Responsibilities

  1. End-to-end HR Processes: Assisting in managing and coordinating various HR processes, such as recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, and performance management.
  2. Employment Records and Reporting: Maintaining accurate employment records and assisting in compiling HR-related statistics and reports to ensure data integrity and support decision-making processes.
  3. Digitization and Work Procedures Streamlining: Supporting the digitization process and streamlining work procedures by implementing and maintaining HRIS, time and attendance systems, and other related software to improve operational efficiency.
  4. General Office Administration: Taking responsibility for general office administration duties, including but not limited to managing office supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and handling facilities-related matters.
  5. HR Policies and Procedures: Assisting in the development, updating, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  6. Ad hoc Projects: Assisting in various ad hoc HR projects as assigned by the HR Manager or senior management.

Job Requirements

  1. Possess a degree or above in Human Resources/Business Administration or related disciplines, along with at least 3 years of experience in handling the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions.
  2. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, regulations, and human resource practices. Knowledge of Malaysia employment law is an advantage but not a must.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction with employees at all levels within the organization.
  4. Good interpersonal skills, motivation, and influencing abilities to build positive relationships with colleagues.
  5. Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
