Job summary

A leading company in the construction industry is seeking an HR Assistant to support their HR department. The role involves maintaining employee records, administering leave, and ensuring training records are up to date, ideally suited for candidates with HR experience in related sectors. Training will be provided to enhance skills in this position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years in HR and administration.
  • Experience in construction industry preferred.
  • Adept in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  4. Ad-hoc related duties as assigned by HR Department.

Job Requirements

  1. Proficiency with Microsoft office ( Eg. Microsoft excel and words)
  2. Minimum with Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent related qualification.
  3. With at least 1-2 years of human resources and administration related experience.
  4. Candidate with construction related industry is preferred and training will be provided.
