Job summary

ABSOLUTE KINETICS CONSULTANCY PTE LTD is hiring a Human Resources & Accounts Executive to support their HR and Accounts Department at Hillview Terrace. Qualifications

  • Preferably with full HR spectrum experiences.
  • Experience in payroll management systems is an added advantage.

Join Our Team as a Human Resources & Accounts Executive!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting operations in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a dedicated Human Resources & Accounts Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Human Resources / Accounts Department.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Human Resources & Accounts Executive mainly oversees the following huma resources & accounting work duties:

1) Recruitment & selection,

2) Staff training & development & performance management,

3) HRIS management,

4) Payroll management & processing,

5) General Human Resources & Administrative duties including claim disbursements, fleet & facility management, payroll reports & reports for internal/external audits and any other related HR/Administrative duties as assigned,

6) Accounts Receivables (AR) and Payable (AP) ad hoc duties when assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

1) At least GCE 'O’ levels/Diploma/Certified Accounting Technician or related & above qualifications,

2) At least 3 years of related Operational HR/Admin or AR/AP Experience. Preferably with full HR spectrum experiences or payroll specialist role previously,

3) Experience in Easy pay payroll management system and/or Microsoft Navision system is an added advantage,

4) Work Location: Hillview Terrace (Bukit Batok),

5) Work hours: Mondays to Fridays, 830am to 6pm
