Responsibilities:
Understand Hiring Managers' hiring needs
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
Support full-cycle recruitment which includes: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Management with 1 year related experience
Result-oriented person who is organized, meticulous, resourceful, and has good problem-solving skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive approach to work with the ability to work independently and coordinate well across all levels in a fast-paced environment
