Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:Manage end-to-end recruitment for all roles (sourcing, interviewing, offers). Develop employer branding strategies and diversity hiring initiatives.Lead new hire orientation and onboarding programs.

2.Employee Relations & Engagement:Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement engagement strategies. Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

3.Performance Management:Oversee performance review cycles and goal-setting frameworks.

Develop career pathing, succession planning, and talent development programs.

4.Compensation & Benefits:Administer payroll and benefits. Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures. Ensure compliance with wage/hour laws.

5.Compliance & Policies: Maintain knowledge of labor laws and update policies. Manage HR records, reporting, and audits.

6.Strategic HR Leadership:Analyze HR metrics (turnover, retention, diversity) to inform decisions. Lead HR technology implementation.

Required Qualifications:

1.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2.Experience:2–3+ years in HR roles
