Role Overview

As an HR Specialist, you will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, ensure compliance with local employment laws, and act as a trusted HR advisor to clients. You will collaborate closely with client success and other teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Handle visa/work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Advise clients on local labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for global employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance documentation is up to date.

Requirements

  • At least 1 years of HR operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws (preferably in Asia, Singapore is a must).
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS tools.
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
