Job summary

Senior / Executive, Human Resource

As a Senior/Executive, Human Resource, you will play a vital role in partnering with departments to drive HR strategies across the full employee lifecycle – from attracting top talent to fostering engagement and supporting offboarding. Acting as a trusted advisor to Heads of Departments, you’ll support manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement, and policy compliance to ensure a positive and aligned workforce experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business units to understand workforce needs and deliver HR solutions

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding

  • Provide first-line advisory support on HR matters in line with hospital policies

  • Collaborate with departments on manpower planning and talent management strategies

  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention

  • Ensure HR practices align with the Employment Act and fair employment standards

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, or a related area

  • Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and TAFEP guidelines

  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Advantageous (but not required): Experience in HR data analysis, workforce planning, or strategic HR partnership with senior leaders
