You will be joining Universal Hunt, a Human Resources Solutions provider that caters to over 5000 clients from more than 80 industries across 50 countries. As an International consulting firm, Universal Hunt offers recruitment solutions such as Permanent Staffing, Executive Search, and Blue-collar overseas placement through brands like Universal Hunt, Business Emperors, and Unihunt Consulting.Your role as a Business Consultant will involve End-to-End recruitment consulting, including Talent Search, Headhunting, Business Development, and Client Coordination in both Indian and international markets. You will be responsible for identifying suitable talent by utilizing various job portals, social media platforms, headhunting techniques, and referrals. Your tasks will include interviewing candidates, testing their skills, conducting reference checks, and guiding them through the selection process.In addition to Talent Search, you will engage in Client Coordination by managing existing clients, acquiring new job requirements, collaborating with talent search specialists, and delivering client feedback. Your role will also entail Business Development, where you will identify new client companies with job requirements to drive business expansion.To excel in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to influence and motivate others. You should be adept at sourcing and approaching new individuals confidently, utilizing strong presentation and networking skills. Multi-tasking, meeting deadlines consistently, problem-solving, analytical abilities, and a commitment to high levels of customer service are essential competencies for this role.
