Job summary

A leading HR firm in Singapore is looking for an HR Assistant to support various operations including talent and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Human Resources and 2-3 years of experience in HR. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with HR Business Partners and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.

Job description

• Assist HR Business Partners in a variety of HR operations, including talent management, performance management, recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with Shared Services team in the timely appointment, re-appointment, and re-employment of staff.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for all employees.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR data management.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring their timely delivery and alignment with the university’s objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Dip/Deg in Human Resource with at least 2-3 years of prior HR working experience.
