This is a 6-months contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR teams to understand current and future hiring needs across business functions.
- Manage and post job advertisements on job portals, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local employment guidelines and company standards.
- Review and screen resumes to assess if candidates meet minimum qualification criteria.
- Maintain accurate records by regularly updating candidate statuses and ensuring data integrity in applicant tracking systems.
- Prepare recruitment activity reports and analytics to support business insights and workforce planning.
- Support labour market testing, compliance tracking, and audit-related processes in coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources function.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruiting operations
- 1 year of experience in data analysis related work.
- 1 year of experience in process improvement or recruitment reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in work execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across teams.
- Effective communication skills, especially in handling confidential or sensitive issues with professionalism.
- Experience supporting internal or external audits, or working in a compliance-focused role.
