A leading company is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and enhancing employee engagement. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in HR within the construction industry, demonstrating strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR practices.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to termination and offboarding
Process payroll, employee claims, and other HR-related administrative tasks
Coordinate training and development programmes for our construction and worker teams
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies
Provide HR advisory and support to managers and employees
Implement HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in the construction or labour-intensive industry
Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best HR practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
Experience in Construction Industry
