• Process payroll, employee claims, and other HR-related administrative tasks

• Coordinate training and development programmes for our construction and worker teams

• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies

• Provide HR advisory and support to managers and employees

• Implement HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in the construction or labour-intensive industry

• Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best HR practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
