Job Description

  • Provide administrative support across a range of HR functions including employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, confirmation, resignation, etc.), records maintenance, and HR system updates.
  • Coordinate and maintain employee files and ensure HR documents are properly archived and up to date.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and communications in compliance with company standards and local legislation.
  • Handle staff inquiries on HR matters and provide support on day-to-day HR operations.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for temporary manpower supply, insurance, training, and employee benefits.
  • Organize and support internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
  • Take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities and community outreach programs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media and internal communications related to CSR and company culture.
  • Assist in coordinating company events and wellness activities to support employee well-being and foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Provide support in collating HR-related data and generating reports for audits, surveys, and management use.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Proficiency in HR systems such as TimeSoft and SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with HR processes, documentation, and employment legislation in Singapore.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with staff across all levels.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about people, culture, and community involvement.

Working Hour : 5-days (Mon-Fri 8.15am – 5.30pm)
