Job Description & Requirements

Prepare quotations, issue delivery orders and invoices, and handle GST submissions.

  • Good knowledge of construction sector Labour Laws & Regulations, WP application and renewal.
  • Full payroll experience, familiar with MOM portal and HR e-services, strong administrative skills, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Preparation of HR reports for management, lead, organize, maintain, and develop HR policies.
  • Handle company workers’ accommodation, including dormitory rental contracts, check-in & check-out, and related matters.
  • Assist in purchasing, insurance, invoice verification, and letter preparation.
  • Manage government license applications and renewals, ISO certification processes.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and follow up on payments with clients.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
Responsibilities :
  • Handle emails and record data entries accordingly.
  • Support the sales team with daily administration and quotation preparation.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate incoming items, organize, and label them for requestors.
  • Maintain databases, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Provide basic administrative support to other departments.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Good knowledge of construction MOM guidelines and Employment Laws is required.

Familiar with MOM portal and HR e-services.
