Job description

Job scope:

- MOM (Apply, issue and cancel SP and WP)

- Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

- Coordinate recruitment activities, including communicating with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all personal and professional information is accurate and compliant with company policies.

- Handle confidential employee data in line with privacy and data protection regulations.

- Assist in processing payroll, including tracking working hours,

overtime, and leave balances.

- Ensure accurate and timely submission of benefits and payroll-related documentation.

- Assist in addressing employee queries related to HR policies, leave entitlements, and benefits.

- Assist in preparing HR reports, such as attendance records, turnover statistics, and training needs assessments.

- Ensure the return of company property and assist with final settlement and exit paperwork.

- Prepare of offer letters and onboarding documents for new hires.

Requirement

- Minimum 6 years of experience in the construction industry.

- Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff.

- Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.

- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
