Job Description
Managing the full HR spectrums to support the day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and medical arrangements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding and offboarding for below executive levels.
- Administer payroll processing via Quick HR payroll system.
- Management and administration of HR-related training and employment government grants
- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims and subsidies e.g., CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
- Management of Employee Engagement and welfare activities
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements / filing due dates for HR-related statutory forms.
- Handle staff discipline issues and employment related issues and provide HR advice to managers.
- Update and maintain employment records, training records and work pass matters.
- Administer employee confirmations, benefits and leaves, medical and insurance claims.
- Suggest improvements on existing HR policies and framework to support and resolve existing challenges.
Qualifications
- Knowledge & Skills Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related fields
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR function
- Possess strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM, CPF, IRAS, and other relevant statutory legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
