Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain accurate employee records

  • Support daily HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee benefits

  • Assist with payroll processing and performance appraisal coordination

  • Organize staff engagement activities and training programs

  • Manage work pass applications and renewals

  • Handle Ministry of Manpower (MOM) surveys, inspections, and government reporting

  • Coordinate employee medical check-ups and manage staff insurance matters

  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, MOM regulations, and company HR policies

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience preferred

  • Knowledge of work pass applications and MOM procedures

  • Familiarity with and adherence to Singapore employment laws and HR best practices

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
