Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to oversee recruitment, onboarding, regulatory compliance, employee development, payroll support, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Advertise job vacancies effectively through various online job portals and social media platforms.

- Source, screen, and schedule interviews with potential candidates.

- Facilitate the recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes.

- Prepare and administer employment contracts.

Work Pass & Regulatory Compliance:

- Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation of Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Work Passes.

- Liaise with relevant government agencies regarding work permits, security license applications, and other regulatory matters.

Employee Development & Training:

- Arrange and register employees for relevant training courses.

- Maintain and update employee training records and databases.

Compensation & Payroll Support:

- Prepare and maintain daily staff attendance records via the eHR system for payroll processing and reporting.

- Assist in payroll computation and related administrative tasks.

- Submit claims and maintain accurate records of claims.

General HR Administration & Employee Relations:

- Maintain and update employee databases, leave records, and attendance records.

- Handle general administrative and record-keeping tasks.

- Manage staff welfare, including office refreshments, stationery, and other necessities.

Office Administration & Operations Support:

- Handle mailroom operations, including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.

- Process cheque and cash deposits as required.

- Provide administrative support for daily operations and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • A-Level or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, payroll, or HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and MOM regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
