What the role is:
You will be part of the team taking charge of HDB’s talent management and career development initiatives and programmes.
What you will be working on:
Your responsibilities will include partnering key stakeholders in building up HDB’s talent pipeline for leadership continuity, and reviewing and implementing career development strategies and interventions to develop HDB’s Managers to their fullest potential. This includes analysing and recommending enhancements to HDB’s career development programmes, as well as the development and updating of functional competency frameworks, and the review and implementation of measures and initiatives to build up the professional capabilities of the different job families within HDB.
What we are looking for:
Selected candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract as a start, with possibility for extension of contract. All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted for the position within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.
