Job summary

A leading HR consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee a wide range of HR functions. Responsibilities include recruitment, compliance with employment laws, and managing employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and at least 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of local legislation. Job Responsiblities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.

  • Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws, and regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM, PDPA).

  • Drive employee engagement and well-being programs.

  • Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.

  • Handle HR reporting and analytics to support business decisions.

J ob Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment and,Industrial Relations Legislation and

  • HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently.

  • Candidates with experience in Timesoft HR system will have an advantage.
