Supervise and lead a team, offering mentorship, support, and overseeing performance management.
Collaborate in the development and execution of strategic talent acquisition initiatives to align with organizational hiring requirements.
Uphold high standards of operational efficiency across all recruitment activities and processes.
Keep updated on industry developments and emerging best practices to refine and enhance recruitment strategies.
Track and analyze recruitment data, presenting regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource related field.
Minimum 10 years of direct experience.
Healthcare experience will be an advantage.
