Job summary

A telecommunications and digital services provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their people strategy. You will manage the full employee lifecycle and partner with leadership to foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate has a degree in Human Resources with 6-10 years of experience, particularly in the telecom or tech sectors, and strong interpersonal skills.

What You’ll Be Driving

As our HR Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy — driving impactful initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You’ll partner with leadership to create a high-performance culture, leveraging data, digital tools, and human insight to deliver exceptional employee experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee’s lifecycle from talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management, employee relations to offboarding
  • Partner closely with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide advice to leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, employment laws and compliance matters
  • Responsible for the maintenance and updates of employee records promptly and accurately in the HRIS system
  • Administer HR programs and processes including payroll and leave management
  • Oversea the administration of internship programmes and government grants
  • Track and mange HR budget and manpower planning
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures to support the business objectives
  • Support internal and external audits and government surveys
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Support employee engagement, communication and wellness initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and performance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 6-10 years of HR generalist/ business partnering experience, with good exposure to recruitment, preferably in the telecommunication or technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, MOM guidelines and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced SME / growth company environment
  • Analytical, meticulous, self-motivated and resilient to change
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all level
