This entry-level managerial role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about Human Resources and are ready to take on a leadership role. As a Human Resource Manager, you will assist in managing various HR functions, gain valuable leadership experience, and contribute to the effective execution of our HR strategies.Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy Support: Assist in implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, managing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new hires. Employee Relations: Assist in managing employee relations, addressing employee concerns, and resolving conflicts in accordance with company policies. Training and Development: Help organize and coordinate training and development programs, including assessing training needs, preparing materials, and evaluating program effectiveness. HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations. Performance Management: Assist in monitoring employee performance, supporting performance review processes, and implementing performance improvement plans. Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accurate and timely information on employee records, recruitment status, and training programs. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyze reports on various HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee engagement. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements, and support the implementation of HR best practices. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving HR processes and practices, and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or recent graduate).
