A leading HR services firm is seeking an HR Manager to oversee comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial capacity. This role offers the opportunity to significantly influence workplace culture and compliance strategies in Singapore.
Job Responsiblities
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws, and regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM, PDPA).
Drive employee engagement and well-being programs.
Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
Handle HR reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
J ob Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment and,Industrial Relations Legislation and
HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently.
Candidates with experience in Timesoft HR system will have an advantage.
