Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and goals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various positions across the organization
- Design and oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and address workplace issues
- Implement performance management systems and processes
- Foster a positive company culture that promotes innovation and collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification
- Experience in HR management for AI or blockchain companies
- Knowledge of international HR practices
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives in the tech industry
