Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions across a group of companies. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong background in logistics, property development, or related industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, overseeing policy implementation, and driving people initiatives to support growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR operations for multiple business units, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Develop and implement group-wide HR policies, SOPs, and HRIS systems.
Support manpower planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding across entities.
Advise management on HR best practices, legal requirements, and workplace matters.
Drive employee engagement, learning & development, and retention programs.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management in coordination with the accounts team.
Ensure compliance with MOM, employment regulations, and workplace safety standards.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience; exposure to logistics, property development or related industries is preferred.
Experience handling HR for a group of companies or across business units is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.
Hands-on, organized, and able to manage multiple HR processes independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
