Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee welfare, and training & development.
- Enhance and oversee the performance appraisal process in collaboration with reporting managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and individual development plans.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and aligned with industry best practices.
- Provide strategic HR advisory and support to department heads and senior leadership.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives that contribute to a positive, motivated, and productive workplace.
- Identify skill and competency gaps and work with managers to design effective training and development programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure efficient use of the HRIS system.
- Mentor and guide the HR team to foster a collaborative, capable, and high-performing function.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with more than 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage performance frameworks and drive employee development.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
