Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee welfare, and training & development.
  • Enhance and oversee the performance appraisal process in collaboration with reporting managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and individual development plans.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Provide strategic HR advisory and support to department heads and senior leadership.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives that contribute to a positive, motivated, and productive workplace.
  • Identify skill and competency gaps and work with managers to design effective training and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure efficient use of the HRIS system.
  • Mentor and guide the HR team to foster a collaborative, capable, and high-performing function.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with more than 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage performance frameworks and drive employee development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
