Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Human Resource Manager with a key focus on talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, particularly in the Beauty/Aesthetic Retail sector. Human Resource Manager (key Focus on Talent Acquisition)

Main duties and responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Management

  • Work with hiring managers to define and develop talent acquisition effective and efficient processes to address short and long term needs
  • Responsible for talent sourcing, both by in-house resource and external parties partnership ; candidate screening, selection, offers, onboarding and offboarding
  • Manpower forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s
  • requirements
  • Develop and enhance employer branding and ensure establishing a solid brand to be
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

HR General management

  • Accountable for all HR related duties
  • HR headcount planning and monitoring
  • Compensation and benefits incl. gathering information of salary ranges in the market to
  • C&B of existing employees and salary offers are competitive and based on real data
  • Performance management processes

Education

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field- Advantage
  • Minimum 3 yrs of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with use of professional networks and platforms (eg. social media, resume
  • databases, professional networks, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and methods
  • Experience in the Beauty/ Aesthetic Retail industry -advantage
