A leading company in Singapore is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support HR initiatives and drive performance. The role requires a strong background in HR with F&B experience, focusing on talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance management. Applicants should possess critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in similar roles.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with HRD to support on local HR initiatives and projects and manpower planning to drive business performance.
• HRBP to business units and provide HR expertise and advice to stakeholders.
• Support and lead HR initiatives programs together with Human Resources Director to improve efficiency, productivity and agility in the workplace.
• Develop HR strategies and build the capability of the managers to motivate and develop people, and manage all aspects of employee performance
• Support talent acquisition ensuring the right level of resourcing and staffing for business units working closely with recruiters (as needed).
• Work with managers on talent retention strategies- to attract, develop and retain the right employees including recruitment and placement of roles.
• Work to ensure compliance, risk mitigation and effective management of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, grievances, performance management, performance improvement process such that possible conflict potential is identified quickly and early and thus possible escalations are ideally avoided in advance.
• Actively drive and sponsor workplace initiatives aligned with our Diversity and Inclusion programs and suite of initiatives to drive diverse culture, diverse leadership.
Qualifications
• A successfully completed relevant degree (Human Resources, Business Administration)
• At least 8 to 10 years of working experience
• Professional experience in a similar position
• F&B experience/ able to work in fast paced environment
