We are seeking an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

# Scope of Work:

- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives

- Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding

- Develop and maintain employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management

- Administer benefits, including health insurance, and time-off policies

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters

# Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
