Job description

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and hire qualified candidates.

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

· Design and oversee a smooth and effective onboarding process for new employees to ensure a positive start.

· Administer and manage the company's payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.

· Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures and benefit offerings.

· Oversee employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.

· Promote a positive and inclusive work environment and act as an advocate for both employees and the company.

· Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement initiatives to improve morale and retention.

· Manage and implement the company's performance appraisal process, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations.

· Work with managers to develop and execute performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.

· Develop career progression paths and succession plans for key roles.

· Identify training and development needs across the organization.

· Plan, coordinate, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

· Manage the training budget and work with external training providers when necessary.

· Develop, update, and enforce all company HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

· Ensure all HR practices are in full compliance with local labor laws and regulations (e.g., Singapore's Employment Act, CPF contributions, etc.).

· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with data protection policies.

· Contribute to the company’s strategic planning by aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

· Oversee the HR budget and departmental operations.

· Manage and maintain the company's Human Resources System (HRS – Pay Advisor).

· Managing foreign manpower and work passes (Work Permits, S Passes)

· Able to complete yearly IR8A submission, all kind of waiver, grant and scheme.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience in all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Salary range S$5,000 to S$8,000 per month
