• Monitor Accounts Receivables and Payables and reconcile payments.
• Analyze accounting data and produce financial reports.
• Manage inventory and conduct monthly stock takes.
• Issue invoices and reconcile sub-ledger to general Ledger.
• Oversee monthly financial closing processes.
• Improve systems and procedures for financial management.
• Establish fiscal files and records for transactions.
• Perform accounting analysis.

• Monitors Accounts Receivables and Payables and reconciliation of payments and accruals
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements include cash flow, profit and loss statement and balance sheets
• Inventory monitoring and management, including monthly stock take
• Issuance of invoices, monthly reconciliation of sub-ledger to general Ledger and preparation of intercompanies statement
• Responsible for monthly financial closing processes
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Perform accounting analysis.
