Responsibilities include managing foreign employees, handling claims, and performing various administrative tasks. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. The ideal candidate will be effective in addressing employee issues and coordinating training sessions.
1. Perform office administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and managing worker dormitory operations.
2. Manage foreign employees, including work pass applications, issuance, renewals, cancellations, and data monitoring.
3. Handle WICI claims and medical insurance claims.
4. Arrange courses and training sessions for all employees.
5. Collaborate with site management.
6. Address employee issues and concerns.
7. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to operate these tools effectively.
