Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS; manage regional mobility and expatriate matters
- Process monthly payroll, CPF, IR21, and income tax filings; handle government reimbursements (NS, maternity, childcare, etc.)
- Administer employee benefits including medical, insurance, work injury claims, and leave management
- Support recruitment by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing appointment letters
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including work pass applications, renewals, resignations, and exit clearances
- Coordinate training programs, track attendance and effectiveness, liaise with providers, and manage grants and funding
- Assist in performance management including appraisals, confirmation reviews, and salary increment research
- Respond to employee HR queries and support statutory and ad-hoc surveys
- Collaborate with regional HR teams, support APAC HR initiatives, and assist in ISO/internal audits
- Process HR invoices and expenses, stay updated on HR laws and trends, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent preferred
- At least 3 years’ HR experience including payroll processing
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and government regulations
- Familiarity with Unit4 Prosoft and SuccessFactors a plus
- Handles sensitive information confidentially
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Adaptable and quick learner
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
