Job description

Work Location : Central

Working Hours : 5 Days Work Week

  • Mon - Fri 8.45am to 5.45pm

Job Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS; manage regional mobility and expatriate matters
  • Process monthly payroll, CPF, IR21, and income tax filings; handle government reimbursements (NS, maternity, childcare, etc.)
  • Administer employee benefits including medical, insurance, work injury claims, and leave management
  • Support recruitment by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing appointment letters
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including work pass applications, renewals, resignations, and exit clearances
  • Coordinate training programs, track attendance and effectiveness, liaise with providers, and manage grants and funding
  • Assist in performance management including appraisals, confirmation reviews, and salary increment research
  • Respond to employee HR queries and support statutory and ad-hoc surveys
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams, support APAC HR initiatives, and assist in ISO/internal audits
  • Process HR invoices and expenses, stay updated on HR laws and trends, and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent preferred
  • At least 3 years’ HR experience including payroll processing
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and government regulations
  • Familiarity with Unit4 Prosoft and SuccessFactors a plus
  • Handles sensitive information confidentially
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Adaptable and quick learner
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
