Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of the HR department and company.
  2. Participate in the development of HR objectives, systems, queries, and ongoing reports to meet company requirements.
  3. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions.
  4. Prepare and submit IRAS IR21 and clearance documentation.
  5. Manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing HR-related documents.
  6. Monitor daily attendance of station gardeners on site.
  7. Coordinate PCP registration for new employees.
  8. Handle work injury reporting to MOM and process insurance claims.
  9. Ensure compliance with mandatory government surveys.
  10. Arrange check-in and check-out procedures for workers in the dormitory.
  11. Prepare payroll summaries and levy reports.
  12. Handle HR-related inquiries and ad hoc assignments as required.
  13. Maintain details and ensure results-oriented performance with excellent coordination and organizational skills.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Ability to work under pressure, including beyond normal working hours, on weekends, and public holidays if required.
  • Available to work from Monday to Saturday.
  • Positive, independent, with good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
