Job description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, IRAS, etc)
  • Handle leave records, and attendance tracking
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up
  • Coordinate onboarding process and ensure all documentation and tools are in place for new hires
  • Maintain updated job descriptions and recruitment trackers
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR letters (e.g., employment confirmation, increment, and resignation letters)
  • Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives and training logistics
  • Support audits and HR reporting needs
  • Other HR duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, especially in payroll and recruitment
  • Familiar with local employment laws and HR practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR/payroll systems is a plus
