Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support the assigned business divisions/corporate functions for all HR matters. This includes hiring and selection, onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Handle HR operational matters including inquiries from staff on employee benefits and HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare manpower reports for submission to senior management and government agencies.
  • Handle work-pass applications/renewals and other employee related matters with government agencies.
  • Maintain proper employee records, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience
  • Good knowledge and application of the Employment Act and labour legislations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications including Intermediate Excel & PowerPoint skills is essential
  • Strong spoken & written communication skills
  • A strong team player and able to work effectively with all the stakeholders
  • A positive can-do & resilient attitude towards challenges and an innovative mind to create solutions
