Job Description
- Provide day-to-day support of HR operations
- Manage the recruitment activities from job posting to hiring
- Manage and coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Manage learning and development, including identifying training needs and plan
- Handle work pass administration including work pass application, renewal and cancellation
- Assist with statutory reporting and surveys (e.g. MOM, IRAS, SNEF etc.)
- Develop reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics as part of the talent management initiatives to solve people related challenges
- Support the HRI activities and initiatives
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Review, update and maintain policies, regulations and procedures for improvements and statutory compliance
- Ensure the HR practices are in compliance with statutory requirements
- Employee relations matters and assist by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Provide advice and guidance to the line manager on good human resource practices, employment policies and legislation
- Any other administrative duties as required to perform the role
Requirements
- Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree. Degrees in Business, Human Resources or Management is preferred
- Minimally 3 years of relevant experience in HR
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision.
- Ability to work independently as well as a good team player
- Diligent with an analytical mind
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and Microsoft PowerPoint
