You will be part of a team that supports key human resource functions of compensation, offboarding and confirmation. You will be responsible for driving accurate data collection, conduct analysis/studies and prepare presentations to help management review and develop compensation frameworks and pay policies in accordance with the organisation’s reward strategy. You will manage and maintain employee separation and confirmation, ensuring accurate and timely updates within HR systems, and proper documentation for all forms of separation. You will support the team in reports preparation and generation which may include performance data, separation trends and confirmation statistics. You will provide administrative support pertaining to separation and confirmation and address staff enquiries in compliance with SGH policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Capital Management
• At least 2 years’ experience. Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior position.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to handle large datasets
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion
• Meticulous, resourceful and has good organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage
