Human Resource Executive (Payroll)
Job description
Payroll administration
- Responsible for monthly payroll.
- Submit monthly payroll and cash flow reports to Finance department.
- Submit statutory contributions and claims.
- Submit employee withholding and year-end income tax.
- Participate in year-end audit.
Employee life cycle
- Prepare for pre-onboarding.
- Conduct onboarding & meet-&-greet session.
- Prepare HR letters e.g. promotion, transfer, COE, resignation etc.
- Manage offboarding.
- Track retirement and post-retirement employment.
- Renew work passes and dependent passes.
- Attend to employee enquiries.
HR Administration
- Responsible for HR information system.
- Update and maintain employee leave system.
- Create, maintain, and update employee personal files.
- Participate in periodic government surveys.
Career management
- Assist in tracking employee promotion and transfer.
Management report
- Prepare and submit management reports.
Engagement
- Assist to organize employee engagement session.
- Assist to organize social and recreation activities.
- Any other HR duties as assigned from time to time.
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years in payroll and HR administration.
- Fresh Diploma or University degree will be considered.
- Knowledge in Employment Act, CPF Act & IRAS
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge in Info-Tech HR system will be advantageous.
- Matured.
- Meticulous.
- Multitasking.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Preferably a Certificate in Payroll Administration.
