Overview
A well-established organisation in the service sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end human resource functions. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality or fast-paced customer-oriented environments, who thrive in managing people processes and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, and offboarding activities

  • Support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks

  • Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with local regulations

  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records, including P-files and HRIS databases

  • Coordinate confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, and internal staff movements

  • Generate regular headcount and HR reports to support workforce planning

  • Process medical insurance and work injury claims, and liaise with insurance providers when necessary

  • Assist in managing vendor payments, including medical panel invoices, transport services, and employee claims

  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing

  • Verify employee e-claims submissions and assist in financial documentation and approvals (e.g. petty cash, expenditure forms)

  • Contribute to staff engagement programmes and internal communications initiatives

  • Undertake any other HR or administrative duties as assigned to support business needs

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field

  • At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or other service-intensive industries

  • Familiarity with HR operations, local employment regulations, and HRIS systems

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset

  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to handle confidential information with integrity

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
