With the aim of establishing a consistent & quality professional onsite team, we're looking for an organised and driven HR Executive to join our team.

Job Description

As our HR Executive, you'll play a key role in ensuring every event is staffed with the right people and that all crew members are well-informed, prepared, and supported.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and rostering crew for events
  • Clearly communicating event details (dates, times, locations, dress code, expectations, etc.) to all crew
  • Liaising with the Business Development team to understand role requirements and staff accordingly
  • On-site for events to observe crew and handle urgent matters like dropouts or last-minute changes
  • Develop and executing company training plans
What We're Looking For
  • Highly meticulous and detail-oriented – you don’t let anything slip through the cracks
  • Strong communicator who can work under pressure and manage multiple moving parts
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools (Sheets, Docs, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • A team player who enjoys working behind the scenes to make things happen
  • Diploma holder (Bonus if your studies were in HR, Business, or related fields)
