About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Corporate Communications Executive to join our team in Singapore. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with both the Human Resources (HR) and Corporate Communications (CC) teams, contributing to a variety of projects while collaborating with regional and global colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Function:

  • Assist in New Hire Orientation sessions and onboarding activities.
  • Support training and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, CSR activities, and internal communications.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of learning and talent development initiatives.
  • Manage contract renewals for contingent workers, liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide logistics support for training events and programs.
  • Assist in creating HR-related materials, including posters, videos, and employee communication content.
  • Work with the HR Leadership Team to gather and compile reports.
  • Maintain HR event calendars and coordinate external training programs.
  • Process purchase orders (PO) and payment requests (PR) related to HR and Corporate Communications.

Corporate Communications:

  • Develop and publish weekly internal communications and newsletters.
  • Support corporate events such as company-wide summits, engagement activities, and town halls.
  • Assist in brand messaging, communication strategies, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Coordinate the production of digital, creative, and video content.
  • Assist in internal and external communication activities to enhance organizational engagement.
  • Manage editorial calendars for structured and timely communication.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in copyediting and proofreading.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of photo and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • A team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience in event coordination, branding, or internal communications is an advantage.
