- Manage full-cycle recruitment for academic and non-academic roles, including international hires
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, contract preparation, and other matters
- Plan and run onboarding programmes to help new staff settle in smoothly
- Keep staff records updated and ensure data accuracy across HR systems
- Track contract renewals, visa expiries, and probation milestones
- Be a go-to contact for employee matters and foster a positive work environment
- Support staff engagement, welfare initiatives, and feedback processes
- Assist with handling employee relations and disciplinary matters in line with policies
- Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws, school policies, and safeguarding standards
- Help review and improve HR policies, and support audit and compliance reporting
- Coordinate training sessions and track professional development activities
- Support relocation, housing, and cultural integration for international staff
Requirements:
- Minimum Dip/Deg in Human Resource with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior working experience in education industry will be an advantage.
