Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks an HR Coordinator to manage full-cycle recruitment for both academic and non-academic roles. Job description

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for academic and non-academic roles, including international hires
  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks, contract preparation, and other matters
  • Plan and run onboarding programmes to help new staff settle in smoothly
  • Keep staff records updated and ensure data accuracy across HR systems
  • Track contract renewals, visa expiries, and probation milestones
  • Be a go-to contact for employee matters and foster a positive work environment
  • Support staff engagement, welfare initiatives, and feedback processes
  • Assist with handling employee relations and disciplinary matters in line with policies
  • Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws, school policies, and safeguarding standards
  • Help review and improve HR policies, and support audit and compliance reporting
  • Coordinate training sessions and track professional development activities
  • Support relocation, housing, and cultural integration for international staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum Dip/Deg in Human Resource with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior working experience in education industry will be an advantage.
