A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Human Resource Executive to manage the complete HR cycle for their Public Healthcare division. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, and policy advising. Candidates should hold a relevant diploma or degree and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, alongside experience with HR systems where possible.
Job Responsibilities
· Manage the full recruitment cycle, from tracking headcount to hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
· Work with schools and agencies on recruitment and outreach efforts.
· Handle employee relations, including disciplinary and performance matters.
· Advise staff on HR policies to support communication, engagement, and performance.
· Support staff engagement activities and take meeting minutes when required.
· Assist with key HR activities such as performance reviews and declarations.
· Participate in HR system testing and process improvement projects.
· Provide general HR administrative support as needed.
Job Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in HR or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
