Job description

Title: Senior Executive, Human Resource (Compensation & Benefits)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of competitive salary structures, including increments, performance bonuses, and incentive plans tailored to healthcare roles.

  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.

  • Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, wellness initiatives, and leave policies; manage vendor relationships and renewals.

  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal compensation policies and procedures.

  • Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports for audits, internal reviews, and strategic decision-making.

  • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation-related data.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to align total rewards strategies with talent retention and performance goals.

  • Serve as a key contact for employee queries on compensation and benefits, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the Remuneration & Benefits industry

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and labour regulations

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels

  • Proficient in using HR management software and Microsoft Office suite

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  • Collaborative mindset and a commitment to contributing to the growth and success of the organisation
