A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive in Human Resources specializing in Compensation & Benefits. This role involves developing competitive salary structures, conducting job evaluations, and administering employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and have 2-3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Title: Senior Executive, Human Resource (Compensation & Benefits)
Job Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of competitive salary structures, including increments, performance bonuses, and incentive plans tailored to healthcare roles.
Conduct compensation benchmarking and job evaluations to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, wellness initiatives, and leave policies; manage vendor relationships and renewals.
Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal compensation policies and procedures.
Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports for audits, internal reviews, and strategic decision-making.
Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation-related data.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to align total rewards strategies with talent retention and performance goals.
Serve as a key contact for employee queries on compensation and benefits, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in the Remuneration & Benefits industry
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and labour regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
Proficient in using HR management software and Microsoft Office suite
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Collaborative mindset and a commitment to contributing to the growth and success of the organisation
