Job Description
  1. Utilize sourcing strategies to attract candidates, conduct pre-screening, coordinate interviews, and manage the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process.
  2. Prepare employment documentation such as appointment letters, pay reviews, bonus letters, contract renewals, and probation monitoring.
  3. Manage applications, renewals, and terminations of work passes and related documentation.
  4. Conduct exit interviews, calculate final pay, and update HR records.
  5. Develop training plans, coordinate new hire orientations, and support learning & development initiatives.
  6. Ensure accurate and timely updates of pay elements and employee claims processing.
  7. Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and physical files.
  8. Monitor attendance and working hours records.
  9. Support the coordination and tracking of annual performance reviews.
  10. Respond professionally and promptly to employment-related inquiries from employees.
  11. Participate in employee engagement and recreational activities.
  12. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a shared services or corporate environment.
  3. Good understanding of local employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  4. Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Meticulous, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
