Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the daily functions of our Human Resource Department. This role will be responsible for executing core HR activities including Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Work-pass Application, Employee Welfare, and more.

Job Description:

  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative duties.
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as resume screening and interview arrangements.
  • Manage Work Pass administration, including new applications and renewals.
  • Process monthly employee overtime records.
  • Assist in Training & Development activities, including training research, registration, and updating of training records.
  • Support the employee onboarding process.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updating of HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information and documentation.
  • Support HR initiatives and contribute to overall departmental and organization goals.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g. InfoTech).
  • Good knowledge of HR and employment practices.
  • Self-starter with a strong team player spirit.
  • Discreet, ethical, and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
