Implement, monitor progress, and recommend continuous improvements on employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and morale
Support the Management Team in providing counsel and motivation to employees around organizational practices in the areas of diversity, inclusion, Core Values and HR policies and practices
Act as a mediator and resource for employees, providing guidance and support in resolving conflicts, addressing concerns and maintaining positive employee relations
Provide advisory for employees seeking information on company policies and procedures
Prepare reports on employee engagement for upper management
Assist on the administration, documentation and tracking of new employees recruitment and onboarding briefings
General administration and periodic reports relating to employee benefits, attendance, overtime records, course schedules, work pass renewals etc.
Update HR records in HR software management system
Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time
Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources with at least 2 years of related experience
Well-versed in employment laws and related (MOM, CPF, IRAS)
Good speaking and writing skills - able to communicate well with all levels of people
Have leadership capabilities and is an empathetic, trustworthy, and honest individual
Good problem-solving skills to support day-to-day HR people issues
Independent, firm, and able to drive changes in a multi-cultural and dynamic environment
Familiarity with Info-Tech HR management system is an advantage
