A leading company in the senior care sector is looking for an HR Executive to oversee recruitment, compensation, employee engagement, and HR policy review. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in human resources, at least 3 years of payroll processing experience, and strong communication skills. This role promises to be challenging and rewarding, in a dynamic environment dedicated to supporting senior citizens.
Job Summary and Description
Primary responsibility is to work with Senior Manager of Support Services to promote and support the current and future business operation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Recruitment - Manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening and scheduling, and conducting interviews.
Employee Life Cycle - Handle onboarding and offboarding activities. Handle staff confirmation, moverment, and promotion.
Compensation and Benefits - Process monthly overtime claims and eClaims, ePayroll and CPF. Handle yearly tax submission and adhoc tax celarance for foreign employees. Administer eLeave, group insurance renewal and claims. Consolidate government paid leaves for claim submissions. Consolidate salary benchmarking data for salary review. Handle AWS and Variable Bonus payments, and increment matters. Manage employees' birthday vouchers and long service award.
Employee Engagement - Draft memos and communicate with employees on HR matters. Handle events such as Teachers' Day Celebration, Staff Retreat, etc.
HR Policy Review - Work with relevant stakeholders on policy review and updates.
HRIS - Maintain the QuickHR system and help resolve employee's enquires.
Performance Management - Track and follow up on confirmation appraisal. Handle yearly performance appraisal exercise.
Other Matters - Liaise with government agencies on required submission such as MOM Labour Survey, Absentee Payroll, etc. Update statistics for monthly reporting. Prepare HR reports for monthly HOD meetings.
Perform any assigned duties with the Compan and its subsidaries diligently.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Diploma/Degree in business administration, human resources or related fields
Have at least 3 years of payroll processing experience
Possesses a pleasant personality and good communication skill
Be resourceful, self-motivated, well organized and meticulous with an eye for details
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Have a good understanding and knowledge of Employment Act, CPF and IRAS tax
